At VALIGO, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free shipping on all suitcases and provide a reliable delivery experience through PostNL.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

• Suitcases – Always free shipping within Europe.
• Accessories – Shipping costs may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated delivery times within Europe:

• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany – 3 business days
• France, Luxembourg, Austria – 3-4 business days
• Rest of Europe – 4-5 business days

Orders placed before 15:00 CET are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your package is shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can track your shipment in real-time via the PostNL tracking system.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• We do notdeliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
• Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at contact@valigosuitcases.com.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local PostNL office. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist you.
